1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Lovipy is a relationship companion app designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We are deeply committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.

2. Prohibition of CSAE Content

Lovipy strictly prohibits the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photos, videos, or digitally-generated content, that involves the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Child Sexual Exploitation: Any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of exploitation.
• Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes minors in any way, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
• Solicitation of Minors: Any attempt to solicit, entice, or communicate with minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing or Distribution: Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM or any exploitative content involving minors.

3. Age Restriction

Lovipy is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this through:

• Clear age requirements stated in our Terms of Service and app store listings.
• Age verification during account registration.
• Content ratings set to 18+ on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

4. Detection and Prevention Measures

Lovipy employs the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE:

• Automated content moderation systems to detect and flag potentially harmful content.
• User reporting mechanisms that allow any user to report suspected CSAE content or behavior.
• Regular review of reported content by our trust and safety team.
• Immediate removal of any identified CSAE content and suspension of associated accounts.

5. Reporting and Response

If you encounter any content or behavior on Lovipy that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation:

• In-App Reporting: Use the report function available on any content or profile within the app.
• Email: Contact our Child Safety team directly at safety@lovipy.com
• External Reporting: You may also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or your local law enforcement.

We are committed to responding to all CSAE reports within 24 hours. When we identify or receive a report of CSAE content, we:

1. Immediately remove the content and disable the associated account.
2. Preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement.
3. Report to NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by law.
4. Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Enforcement Actions

Any violation of this Child Safety Standards policy will result in:

• Immediate account termination without warning.
• Permanent ban from the Lovipy platform.
• Reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities.
• Full cooperation with any resulting investigation.
